Printing

Quality printing is an advertising investment. It mirrors how you perceive your image in the retail industry. Therefore, the bag that shows off your logo has significant impact not only on shoppers who carry it but also on others who see your bag on the arm of a customer.

First class printing begins with professional, digital, camera-ready artwork prepared by a qualified graphic designer. Artwork specifications are as follows: (PDCRA) click for specifications)

Three print processes are available: hot stamp, silk screen and lithographic, the latter being a high-end, custom option. Material used, whether paper, vinyl or poly, often determines the print process. Hot stamp printing usually has a higher "per impression" cost of 30%. This process is done by hand and printing can be two-sided. 

For higher quality the hot stamp or the lithographic process is recommended. Firm pricing and exact shipping dates are given upon receipt of camera-ready artwork and selection of unit, style, number, and quantity. New orders are not considered accepted until final artwork and actual sample has been approved by the customer.

Standard delivery for garment bag printing is 30 days from acceptance of order. We handle large-volume; custom orders from our factory in Asia which drop-ships containers to a customer's warehouse. Such orders have a 90-day time frame from confirmed contract pricing and delivery dates. We also maintain inventory in our warehouse, assuring a constant supply to customers. Vinyl, poly, and paper products can typically be delivered in 7 days from our standing inventory after acceptance of order without printing.
Most printing of garment bags and packages involves a one or two-color process only and is the most economical option. We can, however, provide an eight-color process by special request.

PRINTING CHARGES:

Garment covers have a one-time, printing set-up charge of $ 40.00 for designs that falls within a 6" x 6" or a 36 square-inch print space. Your digital artwork is kept on file. There are no further set-up charges on re-orders and one color print cost is included with the pricing.

The packaging of shopping bags allows a maximum print center of 5" x 10", totaling 50 square inches. The one-time, plate set-up charge is $ 45.00 for silk screen printintg. Artwork is kept on file for future orders.

Hot stamp printing requires a minimum order of 1000 units which are divided into 10 cases of 100 each at $ 20.00 per case and print plate charges range from $100.00 to $150.00 per plate depending on the complexity of the artwork.
